How are your fine art prints produced?

I print all of my orders on-demand from a local fine art print shop in Kaka’ako, All prints are giclée and produced on premium cold press textured paper with genuine archival, pigmented inks designed to last a lifetime without fading!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Original paintings are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Since my art prints are outsourced, they take a bit longer to produce (typically 5-7 business days before shipping out). As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking code. All orders are produced and shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! Using environmentally-friendly materials is very important to me. All of my orders are packaged in compostable clear sealed bags, recycled board backings, and recycled rigid mailers to protect the artwork.

Do you offer commissioned artwork?

Yes! Please send me an email to inquire about custom artwork.

How do you handle shipping and/or delivery issues?

Petals by Priya Watercolor Designs, LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from the delivery of your order (package is damaged, lost, stolen, etc.) This also includes any mishandling or failed delivery attempts by the United States Postal Service.

Do you accept returns?

I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please email me if you have any issues with your order.
